General terms and conditions
GEURTS-IT is not a member of the Dutch IT
Federation, also called FENIT. Nevertheless GEURTS-IT acts conform
the terms and conditions of FENIT as filed at the Office of the Clerk of
the District Court in The Hague, The Netherlands, on the third of June 2003

Additional terms and conditions
GEURTS-IT
reserves the right to place additional terms and conditions on products,
services, propositions, agreements, contracts and invoices. These will remain in
force no matter what is stated in the FENIT terms and conditions.
