Need to return a product?

To return a product at GEURTS-IT, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our Support team, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need your organizations name, the invoice number, item serial number(s) and the nature of the problem to authorize your return.

In general, GEURTS-IT will accept returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, GEURTS-IT reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, a credit will be issued toward one of the following:

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES;

  • A FULL CASH REFUND.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping charges back to GEURTS-IT on returned items, and GEURTS-IT will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

  • SEND YOUR RETURN VIA COURIER TO OUR ADDRESS AND GEURTS-IT WILL COVER THE SHIPPING CHARGE.

Returns within 30 days from the invoice date, can be for exchange or a replacement refund or credit at GEURTS-IT's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers may have more restrictive return policies.
